The safe didn’t have batteries, but staff was able to provide them quickly. Breakfast coffee was good but the server wasn’t friendly ..."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"Good location, although "Times Square" is a bit optimistic. It is at 53rd street. It is a large hotel with a few subway lines stopping right at the hotel. There is a $40 per day destination fee. Wifi was not great for me. There is an odd, but efficient elevator system, select your room from a keypad and it tells you which car to take. Confusing the first time. All in all, everything I needed from the hotel. Would very likely stay there again."
