"We had a wonderful time at Azul. The family sized room was perfect for our girls trip. Most of the staff were fantastic. The food was decent and the resort is large so lots of space. The Spa was exceptional and the beach breathtaking . The resort does need some updates for sure. The boardwalks are starting to have old sagging wood. And none of the pools had shade or loungers for folks. The day bed cushions are worn out. However we had a fabulous time. We loved the foam party and the daily activity options. It was our first time in Jamaica and we will definitely be back. "

"Good amazing! Shantoy and Christopher exceptional! Rooms were okay- my building had a fencing that was broken and people were trying to climb fencing which scared us and our neighbors. Romantic dinner was delicious and beautiful. Overall good experience "

"The fact that this is a Jamaican owned property but prices were all in US dollars made us feel like Americans were more valued. The grounds are well kept, pool area was nice. Staff seemed happy enough. My husband could not get a coffe at the restaurant after breakfast was over. Having to give cards for towels at the beach was silly and if you lost the cards you have to pay $20 USD to replace the card was ridiculous. The rooms were very outdated and overpriced, beds are very hard. Honestly I would not stay here again. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beach is definitely the highlight - beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. However, areas around the trees need some maintenance, as there were rocks and small branches that should be cleared. The property is a bit dated but very well kept. Service was inconsistent—some staff were friendly and engaging, while others seemed less attentive. Adding benches around the property would be a great improvement, both for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and especially for guests with mobility issues. The buffet was very good, but the specialty restaurants were disappointing and need improvement in both service and food quality. Overall, a great location with strong potential, but some areas could use attention to enhance the experience."

"The restaurant offered delicious food at very reasonable prices. The location was perfect. Somewhat mid 7 mile beach. There is a supermarket across the street. The room was clean. However, despite arriving well after my check in time and the room prepaid, nothing was plugged in and i had to go to the reception desk. Not a big deal, but apparently hotel policy. And a source of annoyance was the constant issue with the tv needing to be rebooted by maintenance. While i dont watch much tv, its advertised as being available. However, all in all, i will definitely stay there in the future. Front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage all great"
