First time staying at Riu. Everything started good. Than had to call multiple times a day to stack the fridge. Some staff are great some really not friendly at all. The beach was beautiful, clean and sunny. The food was average. Couldn't make a reservation at all so had eat at the buffet everyday. The entertainment was really good. I was really hoping for a better experience 😔
