Staff is very friendly and helpful. Note to those with physical disabilities, there are no elevators, make sure you request 1st floor room. Breakfast was eggs, bisquits/gravy, waffles, sausage along with the other basics. Did the job and was appreciated coming from someone who normally doesn't eat breakfast. Clean rooms, appreciated the laundry area and overall building clean - staff washed lobby doors daily, breakfast area wiped down after use. We stayed 4 nights and will be back when in Jackson. Thank you!"
