"Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience."

"The hotel was near the underground thus a perfect location. The staff were helpful and pleasant and breakfast had a lot of choice. The room was clean with an excellent bathroom area. There are a lot of amenities within the surrounding area , bars, restaurants , parks and shops."
