You cannot find a better location for your vacation getaway. This Ocean Front 1 Bedroom, Villa sleeps 4 and is just steps from the Resort Pool and Beach Entrance!

The location of this fully renovated villa is Ocean Front Villa is the best, and it is just steps from the beach boardwalk and resort pool. This 1-bedroom villa was recently remodeled with a brand-new bath, wide plank luxury vinyl floors, new living room furniture which includes a new queen pull out sofa with a 3" memory foam mattress, shiplap walls, new quartz countertops, and all new deck furniture and beach chairs. The bedroom is private and has a private entrance to the bathroom. The villa easily fits 2 couples or a family of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, or you can enjoy a meal at the balcony table. You can enjoy beautiful, serene sunrises right from you balcony.
You can stay at one of Hilton Head Island's premier resort Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. It is family oriented with the largest ocean front pool on the island, a beach-pool cafe, ice cream stand in the summer, and easy access to the beach. This is one of the closest villas to the beach entrance.
During the summer, there are 3 restaurants at the resort, movie pool nights, games and fun pool activities throughout the week. There are tennis and pickle ball courts with a tennis pro on site
There are bike rentals at the resort, and golf is just a mile away at Port Royal Golf Club. You can enjoy riding bikes on the beach or the 50+ miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. It just doesn't get better than this.

Excellent stay

Our condo was very clean and a perfect size for everyone to enjoy! It was just what we needed to get away from the stress of work and just relax with our loved ones for a few days! The decor was very cute and beach themed which we all liked! The beds were comfortable and clean! The resort has a great restaurant that we ate at almost everyday! The staff is so sweet and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this resort to other and we will be coming back soon!

Steps from the beach and the pool plus great ocean view from the balcony. Lots of activities and the club restaurants offer takeout and delivery after 4. Condo was very clean and obviously cared for. Owners easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again

I'm very happy with the condo and we were very happy with the location and friendliness and location and walk to the beach. The pool was really nice we use that amenity and the location was just fabulous the restaurants also on the resort were nice and they even deliver. The only thing that sucked was we left early cause of the hurricane.

When we got into the unit the temp was 79 degrees. We turned it down but it never got cooler. Called and someone was here quickly to fix. But he has to leave and then his boss came-it was finally fixed after about hrs later. We checked the air filter and it had not been changed since last year😳 Somebody is not doing their job!

The condo was small, but that was expected. It was nice and clean. My biggest complaint is that the air unit didn’t seem to work very well. The condo would not drop below 78 degrees (and yes we were careful about keeping the doors shut as much as possible). The resort staff were not particularly helpful in terms of finding things to do or specifically for us, knowing where to go for fireworks on the 4th. We loved the beach area and the pool area did have some light entertainment provided for children.

Quick Family Vacation

We always stay at the HHIB&T Resort. This room is in a great location for beach/pool views and access. Room was clean & cozy. Our 2 boys slept on the fold out couch, kiddos say it slept ok but the bar runs across and they felt it while in bed. Otherwise no complaints! Thanks for a great stay.

Our grandson had a great time. The condo was in a great location. Beach and pool view. Short walk to both. Condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. Not sure how comfortable the 1 bed would be with 2 adults and older children as they have to sleep on the pullout couch. But our 6 yr old grandson didn’t mind it.

This condo is exactly as described in the listing. It is spotless and well appointed. Everything I needed was included in the unit. My only negative, and I only share this because there may be others similar to me, is that from the balcony you do have a view of the pool, the pool side bar, and the ocean. You CAN NOT see the beach or the waves on the shore line. The view from the unit is just fine, but I really enjoy seeing the waves, the changing tides, and beach goers. This would not keep me from renting the unit again, but I just think it’s best if people are completely aware of the scope of the actual view. Check in and out are a breeze and getting around on the island for groceries, restaurants and such is very easy. The resort itself is very well manicured and maintained. I very much appreciated the staff at the entry gate checking credentials of each and every car entering the facility. The beach is very clean and during this visit in April, was relatively uncrowded. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful beachfront condo

Excellent location. Very clean and well decorated condo with a beautiful view. We loved the beach bar during the day and cheering on our favorite teams at the sports bar in the evening. We would definitely stay at this property again!
