"My family and I decided to spend the 4th of July in Niagara Falls. We stayed on the 8th floor in a Sky Suite. The first room they gave us had a leaky air conditioning unit, so they graciously moved us to another suite. Those suites are INCREDIBLE! The location is fantastic being right at the border and within walking distance of the aquarium and falls. My 6 y/o son really enjoyed the pool! We got breakfast from the cafe our last day there. It was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be going back and staying here again."

"Our room was the farthest away from the elevator and staff changed it quickly at our request. We enjoyed all the amenities the hotel offered. "

"Stay was comfortable thru out our vacation. My kids and family enjoyed the stay and the view from our rooms. Room-service was helpful and lobby staff too. Breakfast was delicious, all prepared the same day and nothing frozen. I could say the absence of microwave in our rooms was a bit minus for us. I think having that in selected rooms would definitely help families with young kids."
