Our stay was okay and was fine for our quick one night stay. Our room looked great at first however after we pulled our blanket’s back to get in bed we found several long dark black hairs on one of the beds. Our bathtub was kinda nasty looking so much so we all decided to just wait to shower at home and the toilet paper holder was so close to the toilet even my thin little daughter felt like she was going to sit on it. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the hot tub due to it being full all day and then closing at 10pm. Closing at 10pm is fine but you then have to choose between watching the fireworks at the falls or relaxing in the hot tub. The breakfast was great, many choices and was pretty tasty. The location of the hotel was great, loved that it was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. This is a really good thing because the parking situation is TERRIBLE and despite charging an arm and a leg for the not so special room they still charged you $20 per night to park. The worst part is you have to lug your items down the street , the parking garage does not have an elevator.

We had an accessible room. The door into the room was extremely difficult to open. The floor was very sticky. The handicapped parking was not used properly. Cars were allowed to park in unauthorized spaces making it difficult to get into cars parked properly. It was convenient to the state park and the falls.

The beds were clean. There was some damage to the walls in places in the room and the bathrooms. The pool was nice but heavily chlorinated and bothered our daughter’s eyes. The included breakfast was okay. Not restocked unless someone asked. Ran out of many things. Not enough tables and chairs for guests to eat. The public areas of the hotel were not very clean.

Laundry room did not have change or soap machines. Had to ask for baby crib 4 times before getting it the 2nd day. 0 housekeeping visits for 6 night stay. Had to go down and ask for trash bags and toilet paper. Most breakfast offerings were not available after 9 am. Door to bathroom did not close all the way and shower head was loose. Staff were nice, but they should not have to try and cover the shortcomings of the hotel.
