Pool and hot tub were really nice. Could use a good carpet cleaning and/or updated look in hallways. Very limited dining options around hotel unless you love Indian cuisine. Couldn't accommodate a large crowd in breakfast area and options were limited. Staff outisde of the front desk weren't friendly and accommodating. There was a small fire during our stay and staff wasn't really good with communicating and updating everyone while we waited outside. The rooms were nice however and seemed well maintained.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Can’t beat the location — we left the car parked and walked to everything we wanted to do, including heading into Canada. The new management was awesome: friendly and helpful even when it got really busy. The hotel does feel dated and touristy, but for a quick weekend stay it worked just fine.

It was convenient to walk to the falls, the food options around the hotel were good. The only problem I faced was the water leak due to rain and it made my bag and iPad wet and charging got broken, the staff did not care much about the incident.

The room stank really bad, so I asked for another room. It was worse than the first. It was really run down, and the parking was at a deserted garage two blocks away. Then there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night.

Great location but a few problems

1st the location could not be better, 10 minute walk to the falls. Beds were semi comfortable, sheets kept pulling off the bed in the night. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. A few negatives but I would still stay here again despite them. Parking is a hassle, there are only a few spaces at the hotel, otherwise you park about a 5 min walk down the street in the garage. No matter where you park it’s 20/day. The pool we did not use as it was pretty cloudy and we were unable to see the bottom. Breakfast was a nightmare, they had free continental breakfast but the lines were long to make a waffle or toast. They ran out of bagels and cream cheese on day 2 and we went down about 730 am. The seating is limited so we stood and ate at the bar bc our daughter is older but would not be ideal for a family. They do have papa John’s in the hotel which was delicious and a small window that had burgers and fries. For what we were there for it was fine and would stay again. Not a lot of restaurants close by, they had the rainforest and Hard Rock Cafe, other than that mostly India food. We did eat at flip burger which is like a 5 guys back home.

The rooms were dirty along with breakfast area. There was no enough tables for breakfast. Also the room next door were making noise the full night..looks like there were more than 10 kids in one room. I will never stay there.

Comfy beds, the rest was crap

They advertised for a breakfast buffet.. it was literally one single waffle maker that had like 50 people standing in line for. The toilets didn’t flush. Pool was like super cloudy water. Overall just not a good time. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I will say they had the most comfy beds though!!

The hotel had some good and some not so good. The good was the convenience of the location…it was literally walking distance to everything and the staff was always very friendly. The not so good was the cleanliness. It initially appeared to be ok but then I found a contact lens on the floor by the bathroom sink so it was obvious the floors weren’t cleaned prior to our stay. The bigger issue was they put us on the pet friendly floor which wouldn’t have been a problem but there was no elevator to our room and my husband has mobility problems so getting up the steps was difficult. Plus we had to lug our suitcase up and down those steps. The outside patio where we took our dog to relieve herself was frequented by homeless people as well as weed smokers. There were times we didn’t feel safe sitting out there. Would I recommend it? Probably, but if any of the areas I mentioned would be bothersome then no.
