"Beautiful lobby. We got private car service to get us from the Airport to the resort and were playing music and immediately upon arrival we were not greeted but rather told to turn down our music. Front desk staff were unenthusiastic. Our best meal was at the buffet for breakfast. Most restaurants require you to get on a line 30 minutes prior to opening to get a spot. Otherwise, you are given a pager or are unable to get in at all. Rooms are outdated but they were clean. The only issue was that one light switch controls the entire room including outlets. Mini fridge was never replenished during our stay (4 nights). Room service should be discontinued. Pools were gross. No upkeep. Cups all over the place at all times. Pool tiles were slimey and visible mold in grout. Seems like they do not wash/pressure wash the pools regularly. One pool literally had foam on the surface. Leaves, debris, and other particles floating around. I did like that they had multiple pools though. Beach was beautiful and great view. There are minimal beach chairs. Most are located behind the cabanas. Sad that is the view you get when the resort has such a beautiful view. No beach umbrellas. If you want chairs/umbrellas you need to go down the shoreline to the swimmable area. There are a lot of vendor's selling items/services. They can be pushy but they are respectful. The landscaping is upkept well. And the team does a great job keeping the lobby and other common areas clean. "

"The room was nice, beautiful view. But it was tooo noisy. Did not appreciate not having quiet time in the evening. Drunk and rowdy kids until 3am did not make for a good sleep. Was unfortunate we couldn’t swim either and were haggled consistently when just trying to relax on the beach. And when we did have quiet late at night on the beach there was drug deals going on. Wasn’t impressed they didn’t have any regulations in play for any of this. Don’t recommend."

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff treated us like royalty. We want to give a special shout-out to the incredible team members who made our stay so special: • Armando (Zumba & Aqua Zumba), Lizet (Pilates), and Moy (Yoga) were all so passionate and professional. They tailored the sessions perfectly for seniors, making every class fun and engaging. • Our Art Class instructors (whose names we didn't catch, but they were amazing!) brought so much creativity and joy to our trip. • Ingrit from the events team was also fantastic and made everything so organized and fun. • Manager David at the front hall was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us throughout our entire stay. The dining was another highlight—French, Teppanyaki, Mexican, and the BBQ grill were all excellent. We highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for everyone, from young children to seniors. We felt like truly valued guests thanks to this wonderful, dedicated team!"
