Confortable y rico. Servicio para extranjeros.

Los restaurantes tienen muy buen nivel gastronómico y las vistas a el mar Pacífico son preciosas. El personal super amable. Sin embargo el lugar y el servicio están diseñados para turistas de EU y la preferencia es para ellos. La alberca estaba confortable en general, pero dos días estuvo fría el agua. La llegada es inconveniente porque no dejan entrar Ubers, tuvimos que caminar los otros dos hoteles para llegar al Riu Palace que es el del fondo. Mismo tema para irnos.

Our overall stay was vry good. Although the room is old (2004), it was clean and comfortable. The staff service specially in the dining rooms was excellent. We will stay here again if we go back to Los Cabos.

3rd time to the Riu Palace Cabo in 1.5 years. Few areas that need improvement. The shows have gone way downhill. My children can perform better than most performers there. Kid show every night at 8pm which is far too late. Most people want to enjoy a show after dinner and having to suffer through another kid show every single night at 8pm only to find out there’s no adult show was disappointing. Just because there’s a night party for 18 at the neighbouring resort shouldn’t mean there’s no show for people who spent more money to stay at the Palace. Not everyone wants to go to the pool party. Don’t get me wrong, the pool parties are so much fun but as parents of kids who cannot attend the pool parties, it made it very difficult to attend. Had to call to get our rooms made up a few times because by 3:30pm, no one had come. Some issues with ordering room service and it never arriving. Food is mid-at best. Krystal restaurant is by far the best. Don’t bother with the Japanese restaurant (poorer quality than grocery store sushi). Wait staff, bartenders etc were amazing. All staff were very friendly and seemed happy to work with one another. Resort was always very clean. This is not the place to go to when staying in the same room as your kids. We are parents of 10 and 12 year old. We’ve never shared a double bed in the last 15 years and doing so in vacation was a challenge. You arrive in the room to find two double beds pressed together. No one slept well.
