Great Hotel

Everything was great about the hotel. Our only issue was with parking. They share a valet with another hotel around the corner and so we made a few laps around the hotel before we called and they told us that.

Good Hotel Great Location

Only stayed one night, would be a great place to have a longer stay. Large overall area with all the different living areas.

Comfort Suites convenient for Chicago walking tour

Pros: Location
Cons: Check in Staff was less than helpful To book me another night, saying call Expedia (no, Travelocity) staff wouldn't do anything except skyhigh price.
Location: Walk to shopping, ark, museums, navy pier, river walk.
Comfort Suites were very clean, a good price from Travelocity deal, and close to shopping, museums, and Navy Pier. The Suite's kitchen was well-supplied and appliances reasonable. The bed was aging, and I can't get used to heavy comforters outside of winter. Parking at $40 a night for a garage a couple blocks away wasn't fun, but whatever. As expected, the deluxe breakfast was no better than the least expensive hotels', stale pastries and breads, runny eggs with fake cheese, tolerable breakfast meats.

Great location!

The location was perfect! Everything within walking distance. The room was big for downtown with full kitchen and living area. Very standard amenities in room. Nothing felt especially clean but nothing was particularly dirty. Staff was very pleasant. Overall, for the price, this hotel can't be beat.

Hotel nice location

Our family was there for one night and the hotel was located near the places we wanted to visit during our stay in Chicago. The suite was small but very clean and was fully stocked with everything you would need.

Pros: Loved the location and also the room was very nice. Comfy bed too!
Cons: The eggs on the complimentary breakfast could be improved on. I'm not complaining because there were many other things - bacon, sausage, waffles, etc
Location: Millennium Park, boat rides on the river, many places to eat, shopping
Our room was much nicer and larger than we had anticipated! And we were close to Millennium Park, the river, and also had many fun and fine dining options!

Great Location!

I husband and I stayed for six nights and we feel like we couldn't have picked a better location. We walked to the museums, parks, and dinner each day. For the attractions that were a bit further away we were very close to the public transportation available. No need for a car! ( breakfast was great every day as well!!)

All-around fantastic hotel

i could not have picked a better place when I stayed downtown for some busiiness meetings and fun. The hotel was in a fantastic location on Michigan Avenue and near the Riverwalk. It has a cute boutique feel with a small number of rooms and staff who treat you like they are hosting you in their home. Room was spacious & super clean, free hot breakfast exceeded my expectations, fitness center had new equipment and not paying for wifi was the best. Bathroom was very small but had everything I needed.

Wonderful Chicago hotel with numerous amenities

Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and very polite. There was free coffee and ice water in the lobby as well as a complementary hot breakfast. The room was exquisite and beautifully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom is small, but the rest of the suite is very spacious. The kitchen had a stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, a wall and a half of cupboards, a bar and two little barstools, and even some cooking utensils! The view may not appeal to some, but we could see the Chicago Tribune so we were very happy with it. Millennium park and the Art Institute are within walking distance, but if you want to go much further, you might want to think about getting a bus pass (there is a bus stop just down the block with busses that go straight to Union Station). I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous and centered for fun....

Pros: Location, desk staff, convienence, space, window views, layout, proximity to venues and places to eat.
Cons: Elevator waits can get long.....2 lifts for 23+ floors....but only like 5 rooms each floor.
Location: We were there for a wedding event. But this is just one area of Chicago that people should stay at and explore....how else will you find the "ins"?
We stayed here for just one night (though we have been here before) and had 2 of our 4 "adult" kids with us. We came in for a wedding from the burbs and our kids (23, 20, 27, and 29) really liked this place.....we got dressed here and took Uber to the venue....felt safe at every step.....and came back and sent 2 of the 4 kids off from where they had parked across/down the street. The room and lock off living area was perfect. We have been looking on and off for a place to buy in the city and wish we could find this type of place....I would love it for week long stays and a place to crash and relax. It was great, and we stay in hotels 2-3 times a month or more(my hubby travels for work).
