Evidently they have trouble with Expedia reservations, they had no record. Lobby was not heated. All rooms are entered from outside. First room the heat did not work. Very thin walls. Seemed to be clean.

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Our hall on the 3rd floor was quiet. The pool area was overcrowded and extremely noisy - full of screaming kids both nights we were there. The hottub was full of soap (?) bubbles and grownups drinking beer and glass bottles of liquor. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the evening happy hour, and the snacks were plentiful. Breakfast was quite good, too. I'd stay again, but I'd wish for a little more oversight in the pool area for the benefit of all the guests."
