Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Verwalter sind sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Negativ: Der Garten ist stark verwildert. Wildwuchs und Brennnesseln. In allem sehen die Außenanlage und das Haus sehr ungepflegt aus. Unkraut in den Plattenfugen, Bodenplatten und Gartenwerkzeug liegen frei in der Gartenumrandung. Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein, wer lange Beine hat, wird Schwierigkeiten haben die Tür bei der WC Nutzung zu schließen, das Waschbecken ist viel zu tief angebracht. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch der modrige Geruch im Haus, den wir trotz intensiven lüften und Raumspray, nicht wegbekommen haben. Die Matratzen, das Sofa, alles mit textiler Oberfläche ist leicht klamm und riecht entsprechend. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist und darüber waren wir sehr froh, endlich dem Geruch zu entkommen. Sehr Schade, aber das Haus war den Preis nicht wert, wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

Viel Potential, aber irgendwie ungepflegt

Die Lage ist super. Wenige Autominuten zu mehreren Stränden. Traumhaftes Wetter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und relativ neu und gepflegt. Es gab keine Option, selbst Bettwäsche und oder Handtücher mitzunehmen. Haben 175 Euro alleine für Gebühren für Wäsche , Heizung und Endreinigung bezahlt. Die Bettwäsche roch leider schlimm, die Handtücher auch. Um alles benutzen zu können, haben wir Waschmittel gekauft und alles durchgewaschen. Gott sei dank war gutes Wetter, so dass alles schnell getrocknet ist und wir es dann benutzen konnten. An den Tischbeinen und auf dem Boden waren Hundehaare. Der Eingangsbereich roch stark nach Urin. Alte benutze Wischlappen lagen noch auf der Waschmaschine. Woher der Uringeruch herrührte, wissen wir nicht. Die Fenster waren voll von Spinnennetzen und Spinnen, so dass man kein gutes Gefühl beim Lüften hatte, da sich die Fenster direkt über den Betten befanden. Insgesamt auch viele Spinnen in der Wohnung. Der Garten und der Zugang zum Haus waren völlig zugewachsen und nicht gepflegt. Stühle und Tisch draußen waren ebenfalls dreckig. Da wäre mehr drin, wenn man sich kümmern würde. Haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Leider kann ich es nicht anders sagen. Die Leute, die uns empfangen und verabschiedet haben, waren aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da gibt es Nix zu meckern.

Niet fris bij de entree, rommelige tuin. Geen Nederlandse tv zenders. Duitse enclave. Verwaarloosd aan de buitenzijde. Bedden niet geweldig.
