What I like most about my stay at Copeland Tower was the front desk agent Sybil. Sybil was awesome with restaurant recommendation. She was very professional and funny. I would go back to the hotel just based on her good customer service.

Facility is top notch but the parking deck is a nightmare. The signage could be better and the ceiling clearance is just high enough for a regular truck to fit. YIKES!!!

The quiet, clean and supportive staff we received 247! Easy to get to other destinations in any direction. I would come back again. I only wished there was a hot tub to soak in after exercising from all of the activity. Food was great in cafe area.
