The apartment is centrally located in Borkheide, 500 metres from the train station (RE8).

Trains run hourly to Berlin (about 45 minutes to the main Berlin train station) and to Dessau. It is about 6km to the A9 motorway. Shopping facilities (two supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher) as well as gastronomy can be found in the locality. The Europa cycle path R1 runs through the locality, a path that leads over 3600 kilometres from Boulogne-sur-Mer or Calais in France to St. Petersburg in Russia. From mid-May to mid-September the Börkheide forest pool, a chemical-free natural pool, invites you to relax.
