"I have stayed here many times and always had a 5 star experience. This time was a bit off. I showed up at 5:15pm and was told my room was not ready. They did "upgrade" me to a king, but the room was just ok. Luckily I wasn't asked to pay for the upgrade. The carpet in the room had several clorox stains and the toilet paper roll was so close to the toilet that you literally couldn't close the toilet. Mostly minor things, but did take away from the overall experience. Also valet parking has gone from $55 to $65, and with tax is $71 per day. Eek."
