Step into a charming home located in the Willow-Spence Historic District. This spacious, single-story house features an open living room and large kitchen, ideal for hosting gatherings with family or friends.

The home includes three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms, with queen and full beds, share a full bathroom.

Outside, the patio provides a peaceful space for relaxation, and the small yard is perfect for grilling or unwinding.

Please note, a soup kitchen is located nearby, and there may be individuals experiencing homelessness in the adjacent parking lot. In the 2.5 years I lived here, I’ve never had any issues, but I want to be transparent so you can feel informed and at ease.
