"The hotel itself is lovely, very tasteful classic New Orleans decor mixed with modern art, furnishings , and several great choices for meals and/or drinks. There is live entertainment on Thursday nights, and the staff from the front door and throughout are attentive and pleasant. There is a Happy Hour each day with freed drinks and snacks, and the staff working it, as well as the front desk and doormen are great tour guides and very prompt retrieving your car, etc. Rooms are well appointed and thoughtfully include luxurious robes, a clothes steamer, an umbrella in the closet and a lot of room to hang your belongings and stash suitcases. The location - perfect! Safe and made for walking near the Riverwalk!! "
