1 of 4 of the elevators weren't working when I first arrived. 2 days later 3 of 4 elevators weren't operating. No ice machines so you had to request ice at the front desk. They would accommodate you IF THEY HAD ICE AVAILABLE. Staff was very helpful. The property is very nice but doesn't seem to be very well taken care of.

Everything was great. The staff was absolutely amazing. Raven was top tier. I gave 4 stars only because the elevators were experiencing mechanical issues. The wait for the elevators to go down was on average 5-7 minutes. Clearly mechanical issues are unforeseen circumstances and the staff did everything in their power to accommodate this issue.
