The resort seems to be fairly new and still in construction. We had ants in our room for the entire stay and called everyday for someone to call resolve the issue. I also noticed that other guests were shown around the property and we were not. The hospitality could have been much better.

I had a great experience at Watermark. The staff was friendly, we always came back to a clean room with fresh towels and the location was close to all the restaurants and shops! We had a couple issues with our room and the hotel rectified them immediately. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.
