"The rooms was always clean the thing I didn’t like was no where to smoke cigars besides after the property and no breakfast or chai tea like advertising on the menu but besides that it was a good stay"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Watermark Hotel in Belize. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.During our stay, there was a power outage that affected the entire island, but the hotel staff handled the situation professionally and kept guests informed. Once power was restored, everything ran smoothly again. We especially appreciated the complimentary food and drinks they provided during the outage, which showed their commitment to guest comfort and service. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend the Watermark Hotel to anyone visiting Belize. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable!"
