"Overall, the stay wasn’t bad, but it felt a bit underwhelming considering the price of the room. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, well-stocked, and clearly family-friendly—they even provided games, along with brand new crayons and coloring books for kids. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.
My biggest issue was the noise level. On Friday night around 9:30 PM, a group with children checked into the room next door and above us. There was a lot of running, stomping, and yelling that continued until about 11:30 PM. While that was frustrating, we were already awake, so it wasn’t a huge deal at the time. Unfortunately, the noise started up again early the next morning at 6:30 AM.
I understand that this is largely a matter of parental supervision, not entirely the hotel’s responsibility. However, the soundproofing was a major concern. The walls and the adjoining door were so thin that it felt like the noise was coming from inside our room. Better insulation or soundproofing would make a significant difference in the overall experience."
