My stay was ok when I first arrived. I had to wait at least 30-45 minutes for there system to update an show my reservation. Once I arrived to my room I noticed a lot of safety hazards an construction and debris left outside in front of the building, an by room doors. The room was in good condition with no microwave available to heat my food as a traveler guess an no remote to control the tv. I was awakened by the housekeeper at 8:20 am looking through my window an talking in front of my door. My Husband did not have on clothes at the time. I was irately upset. I called the front desk office to report it an Nonthin was done very unprofessional an unsettling in my opinion. Later after claiming down I advise the front desk my tv did not work they tried to resolve the matter by relocation me to a different room. The next room was in very good condition however there was Not Hot water to take a shower. I was later relocated for the second time to a much better room with all working fixtures an Hot water. It was definitely an overwhelming experience staying at the location an the lack of customer experience overall failed me an my husband.
Hotel under construction upgrade. Noisy, tv not working first remote didn’t after getting remote reset volume was blasting.., after getting a new remote finally worked, aside from that the room was clean unfortunately a guest was smoking weed outside my door. So the experience was just ok.

In Process of Remodeling Jan. 2024
The hotel is in the process of Remodeling. The Heater in the room was Not working, we got moved and the power on the next room was Out. Finally the fouth time we got moved everything was well, and the room was remodeled, they are looking very good once remodeled. I also noticed that they are putting new mattresses.
In the process of remodeling, the Electical (heating and power) are an issue.
The Staff is friendly and helpful.
I generally prefer la Quinta for night stay. But today this hotal gave me horrible experience. First they give room where is lotvof earth warm than give second room where is no freez no microwave when I told to reception they told we can’t give microwave you need to change room. We have change room again. Overall experience not good.
Only one office staff they have in night no other staff .
