Location is great. Room was not ready upon check in at 4:00 p.m. We couldn't get into the room until close to 5:00 p.m. Called prior to our arrival about any additional fees. Was only told about the parking/valet fee (which was fine), but was also charged incidental fees (which is normal, but was not made aware), AND destination fees (which I had NEVER heard of). These fees turned out to be a charge related to amenities. In my opinion, the charge for amenities should've been already include in the daily price for the hotel. It was expensive enough, when booked, but adding additional fees upon checkout is terrible. I feel like Expedia needs to do better about disclosing these types of fees, when booking. Very disappointed in being charged for fees that make no sense.
