The location was perfect, staff friendly. We asked why no refrigerator/microwave in room, told it was extra charge. Give me a break...ugh

I was very happy with my stay until I realized I was charged for my security deposit for one night stay. I realize I did give them a debit card, since I don’t use credit, but I didn’t think it would actually take the money, instead of just securing it. I was there 9/6-9/7 & today is 9/11 & the $ is withdrawn from my account; very disappointing
