The first "non-smoking" room they gave us smelled unbearably like cigarette smoke, so they let us change rooms, which was nice they could do that. However, we asked for housekeeping 3 times along with a crib, and didn't get housekeeping till it was almost time to leave. Never got a crib, and we were there for 5 nights. Some of the front desk made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Everything else was great!

Location was good, very quiet hotel which was nice! Cleanliness was about a 3 for me, dirty bathroom when we arrived AC did not work properly, daily housekeeping was only available upon request but couldn’t call down front to request must go down to front desk. Breakfast was average very convenient with it being right downstairs. All around for the price it was okay, wouldn’t book again.

Was not as expected after reading reviews and looking at pictures. When we checked in the woman that helped us kept asking me to pay even though she hadn’t given me a total then did not care to direct us to our room or let us know anything about check out or breakfast. Could hear EVERYTHING in the room above us and people were outside talking loudly while smoking even though it is a "smoke free" property. Sheets and blankets were stained, towels had holes and felt like sandpaper
