The front desk service wasn't very good. I wanted a map of the hotel so I could find the restaurants in relation to my room, and there was none. The check in person said, "I can print you one once we are finished checking you in." After we finished, I reminded her of the map. She pointed to the elevators and said there was a map there and to take a picture of it. It was an evacuation map. Not a map of where to find amenities. I was not given a wifi code. Exhausted from traveling, I asked random guests I ran into on the way to my room how to access food in the hotel and was finally pointed in the right direction. I ordered oysters, steak brushetta, and carrot hummus to take back to my room. The oysters were inedible. The others were just okay. I wanted a night in to prepare for a meeting with mindless t.v. while prepping, and the t.v. pixelated horribly. Everything else was nice. The room itself was very nice. For over $300 just for the room (basic king room), and about $100 per person for subpar tapas, I would recommend shopping around. Next time I might try 4 Points hotel nearby.
