The manager of the property was amazing! The cleanliness of the room was apparent as soon as we walked in, it smelled as though it had been disinfected from top to bottom, and the area was nice and quiet. I can't say enough how pleasant the manager of the property was when checking us in, and even when we ran into him in passing, he is a truly wonderful person.

We were there to celebrate my daughter’s academic ceremony at SJSU . We stayed for two nights , the place very clean and updated. It is walking distance to my daughter’s place and campus which made it very safe and convenient. Parking lot and area clean and safe . Plenty of places to eat downtown and coffee place close by . Uber was quick and safe . We definitely will be staying there in May for my daughter’s graduation .

The owner was very thoughtful and kind. He suggested a place for breakfast and checked to see how my stay was. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

All rooms faced a quite courtyard. Covered parking was available. On site staff were extremely friendly and checked us in quickly and provided information on local eateries. Rooms we clean and comfortable

The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to park before our check-in time (and after checkout while getting breakfast). The rooms are spacious and clean and feel modern/ne. The best part by far was the level of quiet, very easy to get to sleep -- the property isn't next to any noisy major roads.

Convenient to downtown area. Very clean and quiet and helpful front desk. Family owned; shows pride in ownership. Will definitely stay there again. Only negative was some of the surrounding streets could be cleaner and better maintained.
