The hotel put us in a disability room. And the restroom toilet was wobbly, wasn’t fully attached to the floor. The shower got the whole bathroom wet. Slip hazard for my husband and myself every time we showered. We had to put towels from the shower, pass the vanity. The bathroom was dirty. The housekeeping attendant tried to open our door, after I said HOLD ON! It was a mess. Won’t be going back. A waste of $500 bucks!

The area surrounding this hotel is very nice and it is a convenient drive to the La Jolla beach area. Truluck's and Flemings restaurants are a walk across the lot outside the hotel. We had 1 set of towels for a 4 day stay. Don't expect auto-replenished hotel room amenities such as replaced clean towels, soap, coffee, etc. Call, request, & tip staff to bring you replenished supplies. Valet parking was $40 per night, $30 per for self-park in addition to other hotel fees. It's a beautiful hotel. Grateful for the people who are choosing to work.
