first room I was in was in terrible condition. Second one much better but electrical outlets didn’t work. and shower didn’t drain well.

We arrived at 1:30 pm and couldn't get in our room right away. At check in there were three people behind the counter, all seeming to be involved with one guest. We then had to leave the property to get a decent meal, your restaurant doesn't open until 6:00 pm. After asking several times for a paper menu (I refuse to scan a QR for a menu) the offerings were not appealing. (We didn't eat in your restaurant at all.) Once in the room I had to fix your toilet which was leaking onto the floor. We had to listen to your elevator bang up and down all night. It sounded like a hammer on the wall.

Property is old and unclean. Pictures are very deceiving rooms are over priced Internet is not free. You have to upgrade to a premium membership of about $13 hidden fee. Two of the room lights were broke the shower filthy. toilet was unclean actual fecal matter remnants disgusting. carpet was filthy didn’t want to takeoff my shoes. This hotel is very uncomfortable. Extremely disappointing.
