The Space:
Natural light and fresh ocean breezes pour into the open floor plan through sliding glass doors and two giant picture windows. Just outside is a private balcony with a gas grill and a drink rail with plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breezes, happy hour, and meals.

Guest Access:
Although there is NO PARKING SPOT INCLUDED with this studio, everything is walking distance. Stroll up the street into our quaint downtown village with a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning. Upon booking, we can share a map that shows where free overnight street parking is available.
Stroll down the street and explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, beach running trail, and seaside parks. Or just stay in the condo to enjoy a relaxing day with a steady ocean breeze and quiet evenings with stunning sunsets.
The area near the pier (2 min walk) has just about everything you might need in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and treats. You can also jump on the free San Clemente hop-on hop-off trolley here to ride up the hill to the Avenida Del Mar downtown village, shops, restaurants, outlet malls, and a farmer's market.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl which is like a small Spanish walking village with small cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store, two great restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You could easily get by without using your car once during your stay.
Getting Around:
No parking spot is included with this Condo. There is some on-street parking in the area but it can take some time to find during summer months.
You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further.

Other Things to Note:
- There is NO OFF-STREET PARKING SPOT for this unit. You'll be able to find a street spot but I mention it so much just so there are no surprises.
- We have soundproofed the whole building using technology and techniques used in building recording studios.
- One Pet can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for an approved pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :)
- The unit is limited to a maximum of 3 guests (2 on king murphy bed and 1 on twin sleeper ottoman. After two guests, additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25/person per night.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises
Unit Privacy
- There are security camera in outside common areas only (none inside units)
- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to alert us to violations to our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way - only measure overall noise level. Noise Away Brand
