It was cool but the room we got the shower didn't get hot then the did switch out the room but that shower had mold and paint chipping all I can say is maintenance for the bathroom please other than that it was Good

I booked this hotel to visit my son at Air force base in Lackland TX,. And also to use the pool. The facility didn't have the pool working. And my room had a water leak in the bathroom that wasn't even look at. I was told that someone would come to my room and never did. They offered to move me to the 2nd floor. Apparently this hotel is a smoke free facility. But the 2nd floor completely contrary to what is the policy in place. It was worse than the first floor where I was in. So I decided to stay put in my room that I was assigned hoping that one of the days I was booked for They would come and fix my room!! The room wasn't as described on the website. But I learned that this facility definitely will not be in my future reservations. They didn't even offer me a future accommodation. So hopefully someone get to read this and rethink before proceeding with booking this Hotel.

Quoted one price on the app and confirmed on printout, but charged $50 more at checkout. And that was separate from the deposit and hotel fees. Bait and switch, I guess.
