The mattresses were lumpy and sagging. Burned out lights. Rooms lacked condiments for even coffee in room. Complimentary breakfast was missing coffee and the quality of the food was poor. This used to be a decent hotel. Staff appeared to be overburdened.

We were there for the ice skating competition at SkateNation Plus, which was close to the hotel! The location of the hotel was convenient! The staff was uber-friendly. Our daughters loved the breakfast. Although the pool was closed, being in walking distance to everything was terrific. We loved the friendliness of the staff. The area is very diverse. My husband is disabled and was able to easily get around the hotel property. My only complaint, was that our room was not up to par. It was not clean. There was mold in the sink, making it quite difficult to brush teeth. The toilet ran all night as did the tub. We were missing towels and other normal amenities. We were so tired from our arrival and the ice skating schedule - we notified staff during check-out. The manager, Ms. Diamond, helped us. Perhaps this was because of the pandemic and maybe the room was just overlooked.

On the confirmation the St address was misleading. The street address listed was to the Mall, not the specific entrance to the hotel. I was familiar with the area & it took me an additional 20 minutes to get to the lobby.

Very nice. Very clean. My favorite was the staff - everyone was fantastic! Friendly w/out being over the top. Eager to assist. Polite. It was nice!!
