The staff was incompetent. Took forever and had to have the manager help. The room was was over priced dirty and unsafe. The door wouldn't close all the way. No way to lock it from inside. Dirt in the floor, cup rings on the tables. Carpet had not been vacuumed,and the tub was dirty. They sent someone to my room to sign a receipt with no total on it! $143.55 for my 3 hours of sleep in the noisy unsafe dirty room! No thanks! They couldn't even give me a receipt the next morning, it would have all zeros on it he said! I am a disabled 100 pound woman traveling alone because my grandson was in UCDAVIS. Thanks for making a horrible trip worse!

This Hotel would Rate 3 stars due to the cleanleaness inside and outside of the hotel, also due to poor breakfast and quantity they serve, by 8am it’s gone. It’s microwaveable eggs and sausage- it looks disgusting. But the pool area was nice. That’s the only thing we enjoyed. Also has free electric car charger. Convenient.

Some type of alarm going off outside in the hallway well into the night. Rug dirty, walls peeling, faucet dripping, Hard beds and pillows to boot.
