The Zen Pool Villa Condominium features an original art collection from the Owner's travels around the world (Bali, Hawaii, Mexico, France, and more). Most of the furniture is California Vintage, except for beds and mattresses, which were purchased new.

Two Master bedroom suites are smartly located at opposite ends of the living space, for privacy: each one offers a large King size bed.

A large 65" Smart screen TV in bedroom 1. Also a 55" TV in the living room with cable channels, and a big third TV (70" flat screen smart TV:Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) in bedroom 2.

Only you and your car, as registered guests, will be allowed in (parking for 1 car).

No parties (guests would not be allowed to enter at the gate). Our beautiful Community and the City Palm Desert are strict about quiet in this area - neighbors live there full time. Thank you for your understanding :)
