On the first floor, discover two bedrooms, a sizable bathroom, and a separate laundry room. Both of the bedrooms feature high-quality linens and personal TVs, ensuring everyone's comfort. Upstairs, the second level presents the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sure to appease the chef of your group, the fully equipped kitchen boasts marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sizable center island. The adjacent living room lends itself to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings with its large smart TV and plentiful seating. Sunny balcony access is also available off the living room.

Down the hallway, the primary bedroom is a haven of peace with its ample storage space, large TV, and gleaming en suite bathroom. Practice your daily routines with ease amidst the bathroom's walk-in shower, large vanity, and lovely soaking tub. The home's third bedroom is also available on the second level.

A true focal point, the third level presents a rooftop hangout space. Here you can grill, dine alfresco, warm up by the firepit, and cheer to the perfect vacation booked!

Within a quick 10 miles of your stay, visit Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pismo Beach, Pismo Preserve, Dinosaur Caves Park, Monarch Dunes Golf Club, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
