The property is beautiful. The staff are awesome. The only issue I had was a clogged toilet. I reported it to the front desk. They brought a plunger to my room for me to use, stating they had no onsite staff for issues like that. I had my kids with me and attempted to fix it, but I couldn’t. We used the bathroom downstairs off the lobby area. That was a bit disappointing.

Such a relaxing environment. Staff was very chill. Needed help hooking our xbox up and the staff got to our room right away. Never felt so welcomed at a hotel. Definitely will be back

Overall good, but soundproofing can be better
We stayed here for two nights for a family trip. The hotel does feel new. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the room and the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was reasonable. Staff here were friendly and professional as well. That beings said, the hotel rooms were not well soundproofed. I can hear my neighbors across the hall (opening and closing their door a few times in the early morning) and above us.
