A wonderful hotel
Our stay was great. The room was very nice, new, and clean. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The gentlemen who did our valet parking through out our stay was incredibly nice. Its been a long time my family and I have seen such wonderful treatment and accommodations for their guests. We have been traveling a lot this year and I mean more then 6 hotel stays in the past 4 months. We are actually returning to stay at this hotel again end of june for a longer stay. Also, the location is great you can walk to pretty any wear.

Check-in was horrendous. We arrived at 3:45 PM and our suite was not ready! We had to wait 50 minutes and no one had the courtesy to notify us when the room finally was available. We had to enquire ourselves at the front desk and the woman was pretty cheeky about it. We are very busy she said! I do not think that we will go back to this hotel if we can help it.

Fantastic hotel, in an amazing area. Super clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint I have is there is no black out curtains, just a thin white curtain that allows city lights and sunshine in too early.

The hotel was lovely but our room was too warm and we couldn’t open the window to allow in fresh air. They offered to change our room but we were all unpacked and settled in and exhausted from our day. We would not have chosen that hotel if we had been advised that the restaurant was closed and that St Catherine Street was under a major construction.
