Cute but not ready for prime time.
The house is really cute. The neighborhood is great. Beds slept better than I thought they would. The problem was floors were filthy. The cost per night ended up being pretty high 425 all in. I had problem with heat. Couldn’t get owner to respond until next day. No instructions for nest thermostat. Linens for beds looked they came from a second hand store. Front stairs are a hazard for tripping. Risers uneven and there is a lip where porch attaches to the stairs. The house is still a work in progress. The house has great potential.

Great getaway
Nice little house in great walkable neighborhood. Would return and would recommend. Was surprised there was no opportunity for early check in/check out. I had to pay for one whole additional day in order to check out 2 hours later. Nice fenced in back yard but absolutely no lights making it impossible to enjoy after dark; no railing on steps in back and front porch could use an additional railing as well. Back door is old and needs replaced. Additionally large window in back door needs blind or curtain. Nextdoor second floor neighbors had clear view into house. Shower glass doors not clean. TV in living room difficult to use.

Very convenient location. Loved the backyard and deck. Easy with my dogs with the fenced in back yard. A little hiccup with check-in but fixed easily and made a relaxing time. Thank you! Will definitely be back!!

Belated Family Christmas Celebration
We visited with an adult child and our dog. The one bathroom was large. The home is renovated with nice finishes on bathroom and kitchen. Backyard is large with privacy fence—our dog loved it! View of the church steeple from backyard lit up at night was beautiful! Bedrooms are private and great room has large sofa for tv watching. This home was the perfect place to spend a few days visiting family in Louisville.

Wonderful House in Quiet Neighborhood and Close to Everything
The house was perfect for our stay. We brought our dog and the fenced in yard was great. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and all rooms have been painted. Front porch and back deck were recently redone. Front and back doors were older and stuck a little - I am sure this is on the owners' to do list. The internet went out on the TV in the living room a couple of times. The TV in the living room only had the Samsung streaming channels, and the bedroom TV had a Fire Stick. No network channels were available, so if you are not a streaming person, you pretty much could not watch TV. I was able to hook up my laptop to the TV and login to our Spectrum cable account, which enabled us to watch the network stations for football and NFL games. I would recommend that the owners leave a list of recommended restaurants nearby. That would have been helpful. All in all, this is a great place to stay. Nice location. Short drive to the Louisville Slugger Museum, Churchill Downs and some of the distilleries.
