Toilet runs until you adjust the float every flush, no pool, homeless folks around the parking area that you pay an additional $15 for, only 1 chair in the king room. This is not what I chose a Hampton Inn for!

Thank you rating us. We are sorry about your toilet issues. Our parking fee is very affordable compared to parking fees at downtown locations in this and other cities. We are sorry you weren't satisfied.

Very pleasant staff. The rooms were very clean though slighty noisy. The breakfast was just OK. Moderate homeless problem just off property, like many other downtown areas. Overall a decent experience.

The property was close to the Yum Center. It was clean and parking was available. The free breakfast from 8am-10am was pretty much gone by 9:40am. I resorted to cereal; however, the small carton of milk I grabbed out of the cooler was spoiled and seperated. It had expired 2 days prior. I could've had a waffle but was not interested in waiting in the line. When I went to throw out my cereal and rotten milk; I notices 2 cheese omlets; so I snagged them. They couldn't have been there long, and were already cold. I did not bother getting up for free breakfast on day 2. Otherwise; the stay was nice.
