Great property at a safe, convenient location in Los Gatos. Staff was courteous, and the room very clean and well put together. Bedding was comfortable, as were the towels. Only negative is the beds are very firm. I would expect better from a hotel with this reputation. I would still recommend but tell others that they should be aware.

The hotel is among many bars, restaurants and high end shops. Easy access on a main road.

We were very disappointed with the property as they did not disclose that their would be no food or drink service after 5pm due to a private party.

Our Deluxe Queen room had a nice private balcony that overlooked a wooded hillside, giving us the feeling of a mountain retreat while only a block from the the heart of downtown Los Gatos.

I’ve been in several hotels throughout Northern California this week and the Toll House exceeds all of them!! It was a wonderful experience and I wish more hotels were customer focused like Toll House!!

Love the on site restaurant/bar. The two bartenders are awesome, friendly and great at changing drinks to accommodate food sensitivities or just suggesting a great choice when you don’t really know what you want.
