When we arrived it was an hour before the checkin time we came from the hospital for a procedure I was not allowed to eat or drink anything for 6 hours and was exhausted from the procedure they did to me in the hospital. The receptionist is a guy whom we asked if we can check in a little bit early for us to rest because we came from a very far place to the procedure in one of the hospitals in LA close to the hotel. He asked us to sit down in a concrete like a pot in front of the receiving window. He is insisting that the check in time is 3 pm and I have to ask consideration because I am sick just got the procedure I still have to show him my left hand with dressing for him to believe and that’s the only time he allowed us to checked it. It was not really a good experience we felt like we were humiliated like homeless in the street that he let us wait and sit in a concrete pot in front of the building. Customer service is very poor. No toothbrush and toothpaste inside the room and the Internet connection is very slow.
