-If you enjoy taking a break outdoors, there is plenty of space on the private yard--a very special place for enjoying tranquility! Beautiful villa for a relaxing getaway.

***Important***
-NO parties allowed. You will be charged for violation of rules and your money will NOT be refunded.

***If more than 15 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/gathering and we will charge a fine that night.

-We charge $300 per day if you would like to heat the pool/hot tub!

-Please keep noise volume/music to a minimum when outdoors. We respect our neighbors!

***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE—NO smoking inside the premises!

Gorgeous home !! With tremendous amount of detail
This home was absolutely stunning! Everything about the home was a dream. All the bedrooms were well furnished. The kitchen was clean. The pool was beautiful , along with the cabana. I would most definitely recommend renting this home , the property manager was very helpful and quick with responses. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home
