Quiet beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood
We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was a quiet oasis on a hill in a lovely neighborhood. You feel like you are in your own home here. Everything you need is here and all the rooms are so well appointed. We especially enjoyed the sun room and outside space. The home was well maintained and clean. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

Safe, Serene and Spacious
This property is located on a cul de sac at the end of a street at the base of the mountains. Traffic in the region is unpredictable and we made it to Pasadena in 10 minutes, USC in 45 minutes and the Burbank studio area in 20 minutes. The house is spacious and modern. It has wonderful natural lighting from floor to ceiling glass windows in the living room that look across the backyard to towering pine trees. There is a wonderful sun room that has a table seating 8 for dinner as well as a formal dining room that also seats eight. The kitchen is modern with a huge refrigerator, freezer, wine fridge and 4 burner gas stove that includes a built in grill and oven. The outdoor deck that wraps around 1/2 the house includes a dining table with four chairs, large gas grill and a couch with two chairs. Each of the three bedrooms were large and the beds were the most comfortable ever in a rental property. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. In addition the office provide ample rooom for a small work group. There are multiple options for buying groceries within 1 mile. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. This home is a quiet, soothing place to unwind and get away. Simply put, it is a world away from the chaos of LA.
