Booked this Best Western since it wasn’t far from California State University Northridge. We were there for a few days while getting our son settled into his dorm. Amanda at the front desk was such a friendly, helpful woman and just a pleasure to talk too. She was very helpful giving us ideas where to eat and things to do in the area. She went over and beyond to help us out. The property and rooms were clean. The weeknight managers reception was a nice treat. The breakfast was delicious. This was a hidden gem of a hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to make another reservation when we return this spring.

It was surprisingly nice. Everything in the room looked new. The free reception (drinks and appetizers) and breakfast were great. Staff was really nice. My only comment would be the PTAC unit. Although it also looked brand new, these units tend to blow air around the room and are a little on the noisy side. It wasn't bad. Definitely worth the price.

Nice and Comfortable

Pros: It's convenient location to Valley Presbyterian Hospital
Cons: had to go downstairs for ice
Location: Bowling, the cafe' at the bowling alley had a good Rueben sandwich
we live in Lancaster Ca I Needed to be at the hospital in Van Nuys ca by 6:00 am for breast cancer surgery we spent the night here. The room was spacious and clean. the staff was very nice. we were not around for breakfast .The grab and go bags were great!

BEST WESTERN INTL - BEST WESTERN Canoga Park Motor

We stay in this motel 4 night. They doesn't hold for us our reservation. We order one bedroom with two queen beds, but when we coming stuff doesn't give for us room with queen bed, but gave for us room with two twin beds for thee people, and then bring for us roller bed.  Motel was very clean and very good services every day, only no good smell in the room,  first night I wake up, because I could not sleep,  from  bad smell. We begin to open window and so we sleep.  And also last two night, in the morning some child so shout, her parent bring child outside and child begin to shout and wake up everyone who was in motel, but in there days we would like to sleep more.

Good location and accomidations

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I have stayed here with my wife several times now because it is close to where I need to be in the center of San Franando Valley. I like the dinner attached to the hotel and enjoy breakfasts there that are tastier than Denny's. There is a hint of smoke in the hallways but the rooms are tidy and smell clean (as you can never be 100% that it is actually clean can you?). The rooms are good size, especially the ones with a double queen bed and bathrooms are big enough for two people to be doing their thing at the same time. Closet space in the 2 queen room was difficult to fit 2 suit cases so we put some of our stuff on the extra bed. TV is still the CRT and no 'guide' but you're not really there to watch tv. Plenty of dresser space and the fridge/microwave combo is great. I recommend it for a night or two if you are passing by but no means is this a place to vacation at. Its just a little nicer than some nice Motel 6s and the price and amenities are good.
