Check in problems
My daughter and son-in-law also had a rental. Neither of us were able to get in through the key code . Both of us had to call to get help to get into the property.

Two things...
The good first...very clean. Everything we needed. Just as listed. Price was great. Loved the rennovations to old space. Owner very responsive with communications. Very close to what we needed. Suggestion-I got worried when I did not know check in info a couple of days ahead of arrival. Might be good to tell people when to expect those so they dont get anxious. Had rowdy guests come in around 215am Sat slamming doors, cursing, laughing. Shook the whole house it was so loud and strong. Woke us both. Other guest came out of room and attempted to stop them. Got in arguement. Two men and one girl that we heard. Almost called police. Quieted down. With the bar there and the fringe neighborhood security cameras that are monitored might be good. Someone or a service would need to followup on problems asap but might be worth it.
