Overall I really like the area, parking, nearby shops, the comfortableness of the bed. Water pressure is a little wonky, doesn’t quite get hot enough for me. Shower curtain is quite short, was afraid of getting water everywhere. The room had an off putting smell like someone might have been smoking prior to or during cleaning (also prior to booking I asked for a non smoking room so it shouldn’t have smelled). Turned a/c on, it got rid of some of the smell, but it was still off putting. I’ve stayed in many Quality Inns, they are my overall favorite, I’m just surprised this one was not quite as delightful as prior stays.

Our room smelled like marijuana. The room was filthy. The bathroom and sink area had ants. The area seemed very unsafe.

This is one of the nastiest places I have ever stayed. We had to put the bedspread on the floor because the carpet was so filthy. If you walked bare-footed, your feet would turn black. Beds are lumpy and the room was not cleaned properly. The staff is rude. Seemed as if they were running a prostitution ring there.

There were homeless people laying on the front lawn, police on scene removing a couple with two babies that were apparently homeless from the rooms hallway and the rooms were grungy and smelled. We immediately checked out and got refunded and just drove the extra hours home. Did not feel comfortable staying there at all.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The ropm was as described, and the breakfast was better than expected, with hot food available along with the usual cereal, muffins, toast and coffee. I would happily stay there again, the next time I'm in Jacksonville.
