The elevator not working the couch in my room was filled with what appeared to he dog hair and toilet seat was stained damaged

The room had a humid, bad smell. The toilet looks old and dirty. I brough my Support Dog, and they charged me, even though in the web said no charge for it. I had my dog all the time with property identification. During my stay I wasn't informed that I will be charged for my pet. They even did not charge me at the checkout time. They charged me until the next day, when I check regularly checked my statement.

I was charged $50.00 for an early check in even though I had called and we were only 15 minutes early. Room was not clean upon check in and front desk staff acted like they were annoyed that they were interrupted from being on their phone. Towels that were supposed to be clean had a large amount of black hair upon opening after showering.
