The Space:
We are pleased to welcome you to our cozy home. This centrally located property provides easy access to everything, including highways and major cities. As you enter, you are greeted by the living and dining room. There are three bedrooms in total, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a large bonus room where you can gather for entertainment or hangout, this room has two queen-size air mattresses.

->Bedroom 1 - California King size and a twin bed
->Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
->Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
->Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen size air mattresses (enclosed room with lockable doors for privacy. Can be used as bedroom or entertainment area).
->Living room - Pull out bed full size

*Can park 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking.
*Hot Tub is non-functional.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home except for the garage and attic.

Quiet residential neighborhood

Other Things to Note:
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

*** If you plan on using the BBQ, please let us know prior to your arrival. There will just be an additional $25 fee to cover the cost of extra cleaning. It uses charcoal but we don't provide this so kindly bring your own.

->The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.

->Security camera on exterior of home front and back of the house. (RECORDING video & audio 24 hours/day. Motion activated)
