The room was clean and the staff was easy to work with. It was worth the amount we paid for our stay. The pool area and the outdoor spa could use a little TLC. Breakfast provided for our first day included warm hard boiled eggs and sausage, along with other typical hotel breakfast items. The following days were only the typical grab and go breakfast items. At times there was no creamer for coffee. If these items are addressed by management, this would be a place I would consider staying again.

Room was dirty, towels were dirty, property was just okay; breakfast was a granola bar, plastic-wrapped pastry, and bottled water (can't believe I paid for that!); property had only one employee at any time; some poor guy told us he waited an hour for someone to give him a key after he locked himsepf out; the sole employee was nice but clearly exhausted and overworked; just a bad experience all together. I don't like complaining but the ownership needs to get this place up and running.

This hotel has been renovated within the past eight months. The lobby, however, feels rather cold and sterile. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The "easy chair" in our room (214) was ridiculous. Not comfortable at all, and a huge black stain on it. The second day of our visit, we came back to a bathroom sink that had not been cleaned .. we could still see the coffee stain where we had poured out our morning coffee. Plus the coffee packets in our room had not been replenished. My husband spoke to a maid and after that our room was cleaned well. I did not care for the hard pillows, but we did have a good night's sleep.

Bed had a lot of hair on sheets. Pool was covered in bugs.
