The place was clean. The housekeeping staff at that hotel were very good. The women who worked at the front desk were nice, but there, Customer Service was poor. My showerhead was clogged and therefore the water pressure was low. I reported this on the first night that I stayed and I stayed for about a week. The showerhead was never fixed nor did anyone say anything about it again. The washer they have was broken. Unless Twinkies, donuts and coffee is an acceptable breakfast, they do not serve breakfast as advertised. Half of the machines were broken. They did have fruit that looked about a week old. What was really telling was that after spending over a week they were going to charge me For a late check out. They then got upset because I was sitting in the lobby for 50 minutes. I am sure the hotel looked better when the renovations were new. I don’t think they put too much effort into maintenance anymore. I don’t recommend this motel.
